Happy New Year!
The start of the year is a perfect opportunity to reflect, reboot, and create new healthy habits. Personally, it is my favorite time of the year to partner with clients as we often have the drive and desire to make positive change ... which is half the battle, but not 100% of it! (keep reading ;)
One week into 2022: broken resolutions already?

As the reality kicks in and the New Year effect dissipates, you may feel that your resolutions already broken them slightly or entirely? (A recent study revealed 91% of us admit breaking their New Year’s resolutions by the end of January)
Or maybe you know that something needs to change in your career or life, but have not quite defined what that is?
Should this scenario sound familiar to you, do not fret or give up , there are proven methods to get you back on track!
The reasons for some of our failed goals?
Reasons can be plentiful but, based on my own experience and most of my clients, they usually down to a few key ingredients such as:
Lack of Definition
Lack of Clarity
Lack of Vision
Lack of Patience
Lack of Realistic expectations
So what solutions work?
It turns out that these common traps can be effectively addressed though Neuroscience-based methods which my clients and I practice during our sessions. These methods help harnessing the power of our brains towards change (rather than against it) and essentially boil down to:

Long Term Thinking: Focusing on the long term vision rather than the short term reward.
Strategies: Chunking down one's long term vision into clear and realistic strategies.
Habits: Applying the steps/ habits (one step at a time) that align with your vision.
Furthermore, understanding the Neuroscience behind it all makes a real difference by providing our brains the optimal environment for higher-level thinking/decision making. We indeed have the power to "Master our Minds" and therefore our Life!
Let's walk along the path together!
